1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Samagam Research Consultancy services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Samagam Research Consultancy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Samagam provides academic consultation, mentorship, and research guidance services to PhD scholars enrolled in Indian universities. Our services include:

• PhD admission guidance and university selection support
• Research methodology consultation and academic mentoring
• Thesis and dissertation writing support and editing
• Research paper publication assistance for Scopus/UGC-CARE journals
• Statistical analysis and data interpretation services
• Plagiarism checking and academic writing improvement

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout our engagement
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
• Use our services in compliance with your university's academic integrity and research ethics policies
• Not misrepresent your credentials, research status, or intentions when engaging our services
• Pay all applicable fees as agreed upon in your service package
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with our research team

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, templates, and resources provided by Samagam are protected by intellectual property laws. By engaging our services:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your personal academic purposes
• You may not redistribute, reproduce, resell, or publish any Samagam materials without explicit written permission
• Research insights, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by Samagam remain our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your original research ideas and data provided to us

5. Limitation of Liability

Samagam provides guidance and consultation in good faith but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, including thesis approval, publication acceptance, or degree completion.

6. Payment Terms

All service fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment terms include:

• Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards
• GST at applicable rates will be charged on all services
• Milestone-based payments must be made before the next milestone begins
• Overdue payments may result in service suspension

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the engagement. Samagam will not disclose your research topics, personal information, or the nature of services provided to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Samagam reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of agreed fees
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
• Misrepresentation of academic status or intentions

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Samagam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
