Refund Policy
Effective date: May 1, 2025
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Available within 7 days of payment if service delivery has not commenced
- Partial Refund: For ongoing packages where a portion of service has been delivered, refunds are calculated on the undelivered portion
- No Refund: For completed deliverables that have been delivered and accepted by the client
To initiate a refund, contact us at info@samagam.info within the eligible window with your order details.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and situations are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered research reports, analyses, or written content
- Consultation sessions that have already been conducted
- Statistical analyses completed and results shared
- Manuscript submissions to journals made on behalf of the client
- Services cancelled less than 24 hours before a scheduled session
- Cases where the client has violated our Terms of Service
3. Partial Refunds
For multi-milestone or package services, partial refunds are calculated as follows:
- The total package value is divided by the number of milestones or service units
- Completed and delivered milestones are deducted from the refund amount
- An administrative processing fee of 10% may apply to partial refunds
- Any GST paid on delivered services is non-refundable as per government regulations
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email info@samagam.info with your registered email, order ID, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank
- UPI refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by:
- Emailing our senior team at info@samagam.info
- Providing documented evidence supporting your claim
- Requesting a review by our dispute resolution committee
Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution through our refund process may result in permanent account suspension and recovery of disputed amounts through legal means.
