Our flagship End-to-End PhD Execution service covers everything from Day 1 to the day you are awarded your doctorate. This includes: university admission support, research topic finalization, synopsis writing and DRC approval, complete chapter-wise Writing Support, data collection and analysis, minimum 2 Scopus/UGC-CARE publications, viva voce preparation, and a dedicated PhD Program Manager throughout the journey. You receive weekly progress updates via our student dashboard.
Yes. We offer modular services. You can engage us for a single deliverable β data analysis using SPSS/R/Python, manuscript writing for a Scopus journal, synopsis writing, or any chapter of your thesis. Our Starter plan is designed exactly for this purpose. You are never required to take a full package.
We provide guidance on UGC-NET eligibility, exam structure, and preparation resources as part of our PhD Admission Support service. However, we do not offer classroom coaching. We focus on research methodology, research aptitude, and interview preparation β which is the component most candidates find most challenging after clearing the written exam.
After booking a free call via our website, our PhD advisor meets you via Zoom or Google Meet for 30 minutes. We discuss your academic background, professional domain, research interests, preferred universities, and timeline. Based on this assessment, we share a personalized recommendation β including suggested universities, research domains, and the most appropriate service package for your needs.
Each scholar is assigned a dedicated Support Manager who is your single point of contact. Communication happens via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled video calls. For End-to-End scholars, we provide access to a private dashboard where you can track milestones, download deliverables, and raise queries. Progress review calls are scheduled monthly for full-package scholars.
Pricing depends on the service, domain, and university requirements. Single-module services (data analysis, synopsis, publication) typically start from βΉ25,000. Full Writing Support packages start from βΉ1.2 lakh. End-to-End PhD packages are custom-priced based on domain, university, and timeline. We offer EMI options and milestone-based payment schedules. Yes. For packages above βΉ50,000, we offer milestone-based payment structures where you pay in installments tied to specific deliverable milestones (e.g., synopsis approval, Chapter 1 delivery, data analysis completion). We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
We offer milestone-based refunds. If a deliverable is not completed as per agreed specifications, we provide a rework at no cost. If we are unable to deliver after two rework cycles, a proportional refund is processed. Full refunds are only available if no work has commenced within 7 days of engagement start. Yes, absolutely. Every thesis chapter, research paper, and synopsis we produce is verified through Turnitin and/or iThenticate before delivery. We share the plagiarism report with you along with the document. Our standard guarantee is below 10% similarity index β most universities require below 15%. If it exceeds this threshold, we rework it at no additional cost.
Yes. Every engagement begins with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your name, contact details, university name, research topic, and all deliverables are strictly confidential. We do not share any client information with third parties, universities, or other researchers. Our internal team operates on a need-to-know basis.
All work is handled by PhD-qualified subject matter experts with a minimum of 8β10 years of research and academic experience in your specific domain. We match you with a researcher based on your specialization, not just availability. You can review your assigned researcher's profile before the engagement begins.
The typical duration for a part-time PhD with our support is 4 to 5 years, depending on the university and domain. With our End-to-End service and parallel workstreams (simultaneous progress on thesis, publications, and coursework), many of our scholars have completed in 3.5β4 years. University-mandated minimum durations (usually 3 years for full-time, 4 for part-time) apply regardless of our support.
A research synopsis typically takes 15β25 working days from the initial briefing session. Individual thesis chapters take 10β20 working days depending on complexity. Publication manuscripts take 20β30 working days for draft completion, plus variable journal review timelines. Rush delivery (50% faster) is available at an additional cost.
We work with 150+ UGC-recognized universities across India including Symbiosis International, IGNOU, Amity University, Manipal University, JAIN University, Sharda University, Parul University, MIT World Peace University, and many more. We recommend universities based on your domain, location preference, budget, and research topic β not on any commercial affiliation.
Yes. We only recommend UGC-recognized universities whose PhD programs comply with UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree) Regulations 2022. Degrees from these universities are valid for academic promotions, university teaching positions (as per UGC norms), and professional credentials in India and internationally.
We provide a managed publication service with a high acceptance rate β our historical acceptance rate is above 88% for Scopus-indexed journals on first or second submission. In cases where a manuscript is rejected after two peer-review cycles, we rework it and submit to an alternate suitable journal at no additional cost. We do not guarantee acceptance as editorial decisions rest with journals, but we maximise your probability significantly.
Yes. We regularly work with scholars whose manuscripts have been rejected. We conduct a full review of the rejection feedback, identify gaps in methodology, presentation, or literature, rework the manuscript accordingly, and identify a more suitable target journal. Many of our successful publications were initially rejected papers.
